Starting from hand-picked fresh olives and washed before milling, we obtain a CASALIVA monocultivar extra virgin olive oil of great value. It offers herbaceous fragrances combined with a fresh fruity aroma of olive.

OLIO: Monocultivar Casaliva

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Puegnago d/Garda Valtenesi 

CULTIVAR: Casaliva 100%

HARVEST AND PRODUCTION: between the end of October and the first half of November

PRODUCTION METHOD : the oil is extracted through non-stop cycle machines at a temperature of 23° degrees
 
TOTAL ACIDITY: from very fresh and perfect olives we obtain an oil with particularly low acidity (0,1%/0,2%)

COLOUR: bright yellow 

BOUQUET: delicate herbaceous scents, fruity fresh olive and almond

FLAVOUR: delicate herbaceous memories and a nice fruitiness of fresh olive and almond
