Obtained starting from fresh olives harvested by hand that after defoliation and washing are subjected to the pressing process at the Cooperative of San Felice del Benaco.

Fs 17 is an extra-virgin olive oil characterized by soft-medium intensity and a barely perceivable bitterish note. Moreover it presents herbaceous notes with dried fruit scents.

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Puegnago d/Garda Valtenesi 

CULTIVAR: FS17, 100%

HARVEST AND PRODUCTION: first week of November

PRODUCTION METHOD: the oil is extracted through non-stop cycle machines at a temperature of 23° degrees 
TOTAL ACIDITY: from very fresh and perfect olives we obtain an oil with particularly low acidity (0,1%/0,2%)

COLOUR: medium intensity chlorophyll green

BOUQUET: intense and characterized by artichoke and aromatic herbs notes

FLAVOUR: good structure with persistent hot and bitter taste

PAIRING: raw, it is particularly indicated with “bruschetta”  and raw vegetables
