Obtained starting from fresh olives harvested by hand that after defoliation and washing are subjected to the pressing process at the Cooperative of San Felice del Benaco.

​Monocultivar Casaliva is a superior extra-virgin olive oil which offers herbaceous fragrances combined with a fresh fruity aroma of olive.

AREA OF PRODUCTION: Puegnago d/Garda Valtenesi 

CULTIVAR: Casaliva 100%

HARVEST AND PRODUCTION: between the end of October and the first half of November

PRODUCTION METHOD : the oil is extracted through non-stop cycle machines at a temperature of 23° degrees
TOTAL ACIDITY: from very fresh and perfect olives we obtain an oil with particularly low acidity (0,1%/0,2%)

COLOUR: bright yellow 

BOUQUET: delicate herbaceous scents, fruity fresh olive and almond

FLAVOUR: sweet but not cloying with fresh fruit notes; in line with Garda lake typicality
